At our annual meeting, I shared the following goals with you: Increase membership; increase total assets; increase total loans; increase share and CD rates; recover funds previously charged off due to delinquency and pass that recovery on to you through dividends; and last but not least, show a profit.

So far this year we’ve added nine new members; our total assets have gone from $1.5 million to just under $1.78 million; our total loans have increased by about $160,000; we’ve recovered about $1,200 from charged-off loans; and we are showing a profit of about $850 at the end of six months! 

It has been so exciting to watch the Credit Union grow this year!  It’s the first year since I started in 2007 that I don’t feel like I am struggling through, trying to make ends meet and I have you all as members to thank for that!  Thank you for all your continued support and for trusting the Credit Union with some of your most important decisions (the financial ones)!
